Hello EDS'ers. Today is the day we issue the EDS weekly report to keep all your guys up to date and let you know how things are going.
What are EDS tokens?
EDS tokens are HIVE income tokens that pays out weekly dividends every Monday based on 12% of the total power up the balance of the @eddie-earner account. This is currently paying out an APY to token holders of over 25%.
(Example of how the HIVE income pool is worked out)
- EDS is pegged to 1 HIVE per token
- 12% of over 53,000 HIVE POWER pays out (53000*12/52.18) 121.88 per week
- 24,900 EDS in circulation each yield (121.88/24900) 0.0048 HIVE per week
- 0.0048 each week for 1 year (52.18) equals 0.255 HIVE
- 1 EDS pays out a HIVE income of roughly 25.5% per year
EDS tokens launched with a hardcap of 500,000 and a public sale of 20,000 tokens each issued for 1 HIVE each. The only way to mint new EDS tokens is by owning and staking either EDS miners (EDSM) are EDS mini miners (EDSMM) tokens. These miners when full issued and staked will yield a 20% minimum ROI per year.
EDS converts all earnings, airdrops, tribe tokens into HIVE. This account is 100% focused on powering up as much HIVE as possible. It's just that single-minded. This projects weekly saving club content is run by @shanibeer and wallet by @silverstackeruk both on behalf of SPinvest. This is a long term project and should be viewed as a token to stack up and HODL. By some miners, let them mint you some EDS tokens, build a pile and collect weekly HIVE dividends. In other words, bu some EDSM miners and forget about it. Add a few every week/month and watch your EDS pile grow. You can also buy EDS directly from the market, if you add a buy order for any amount at 1 HIVE each, it'll get filled. It might take a few days but it'll get filled as some miners like to sell their mining rewards right away to lock in them profits.
Here we go again, do you know what going to say? The EDS APY is up again and just kicking the ass end of 32%. There's nothing else like this on HIVE that is paying out as much directly in HIVE.
Pretty much everything is up this week as the last of EDSMM gets issued out. There are currently just over 700 on the exchange still for sale and then that is it, all 25k miners sold and 25k HIVE POWER added to the EDS account.
I am a few hours behind my normal time and was early last week so we've minted 205 EDS tokens this week on the report. Having set mining rewards/distribution has the advantage of being able to plan ahead and now that your overheads will not increase. Issuing EDS is like an overhead to me. Anyways, EDS miners are set to mint 10k per year, 5k from each miner.
Nice pump of just under 3k HP from last week. We had a big EDSMM buyer for around 1500 in between my filling out the report and uploading it so i knewthis week would be a good one. With EDSMM tokens almost sold out, these large jumps will come less often and things will kinda start to go more sideways. The HP balance will continue to always increase but it'll be at a slower rate.
We finish this week with an EDS APY of 31.74% which is truly amazing. This is most likely the peak for this round of collecting HIVE to power up. Nothing wrong with peaking at 32%. I would expect the APY to drop by a few per cent but not under 28% before the next token to distribute EDS is released. This next token from EDS will be its last because when it sold out, all 500k EDS tokens will be allocated to pay out over the next 20-25 years.
The weekly HIVE income has increased to 168.82 for this week. Remember that this income pool grows every week. Your APY for EDS might decline by a small fraction of 1% still because there will be more EDS tokens being minted than we are adding HP to the account if that makes sense. A flip will happen when we are earning more HIVE than we are minting EDS tokens but it's like 3-4 years away based on maximum estimates of future earnings.
How do you build a HIVE income that only ever increases over time?
If the EDS project sounds right up your street, there are 2 ways to get your hands on EDS tokens. Building a HIVE income is one of those things when it's better to get started sooner than later. We all put money aside for a pension/old age with the money we earn from jobs, why not do the same with blockchain earnings? If blockchain is the future, why not be playing the game of life 3 steps ahead of everyone else? There's no day like day to start increasing your income and the snowball effect is real when you have patience.

Weekly Roundup
Killing it and really happy that this current run of EDS miner tokens has sold faster, much faster than the first miner. It's nice to see it because I dont need to shill them anymore, haha.
We're on plan, the EDS APY has peaked this week, and we'll see a decline for the next 2-3 months with the APY dropping maybe 2-4% as we're not adding large amounts of HP each week. I launch the last token, we raise another 50k and after that, I and shanibeer grind out until the flip takes place and then we leave it to run on autopilot. It's a 4-5 year plan. Once the flip takes place, the EDS APY will increase each week, maybe only by 0.02% per week but yeah, it'll never ever drop. All this without even factoring in the $ value of HIVE in 4-5 years from now.
We've alot to look forward to, all me and shanibeer are put the work in, make it happen and be consistent and the results will follow.

Fabulous results, it's so great to see this straightforward little project do so well, and with a low cost of entry. Our big buyer has maxed out now, he says, so room for smaller savers to stack. 😁
