Yesterday I made a live stream on @vimm of a Paradox game I like resulting in a few dimes revenue, that was considered unworthy of that couple dimes by the witness @themarkymark. According to the witness himself, he doesn't downvote motivated by emotions but by his criteria about what is considered to be "low effort".

I know that. But the downvoter keeps claiming he doesn't do that on emotion and without a valid reason, like low-effort content and vote farming.
