Hello, Hive community! Assalamu Alikum. Hope that everyone is doing great with their life and having an awesome time in the hive community. This is an apology post as per instruction from the HiverWatchers-Helper of HiveWatchers discord's #spaminator-appeals channel.
Recently two of my posts were flagged as plagiarized content by @hivewatcher and my profile is enlisted in its blacklist. I am going to tell you what wrong I did.
Most of my medical/health-related contents are written from my medical textbooks. Whenever I do study, if a topic seems to worth sharing with the community, I make a post on my own taking the information on the topic from the textbooks. The length or contents quality depends on the time in my hands or a few other factors; sometimes long and good quality post and sometimes not.
The two posts I made from the textbook called John Murtagh's patient education 6th edition. The language of this book is easy and understandable by the patients. So I thought that if I share a few topics, the community might get some useful information. Until that point everything was fine. Problems happened afterwards when I had to make a quick post. I made that posts from the @actifit android app. After chamber time (when I thought of making a post on those topics), when returned home, after doing some house chores, I found it was close to midnight. So that I had to make a quick post. I just copied the content from the book, made some polishing, added some bullet points, made some sub-headlines and published.
It was a mistake done by me. I copied the content from my textbook without menti without mentioning the source. I apologize to the community for that. Hope that the proper authority will review my case and unban me. Below I am adding the links of my posts which were flagged (I have made some changes to the contents of the posts).

After the incidence, I was banned from #actifit as well. I contacted them in discord channel and moderator also asked to forward my apology post to their channel. That's why I have tagged actifit although this post is not related to that community.ty.
