What is Footprint Analytics?

Footprint Analytics is an all-in-one analysis platform to visualize blockchain data and discover insights. It cleans and integrates on-chain data so users of any experience level can quickly start researching tokens, projects and protocols. With over a thousand dashboard templates plus a drag-and-drop interface, anyone can build their own customized charts in minutes. Uncover blockchain data and invest smarter with Footprint.

The words anyone can build their own customized charts in minutes sounds very pleasing to my ears, I actually haven't tried anything like this before so I am interested to learn something new today and make my hands dirty about analytics. What usually I am doing is look on the post of our community members here like my good man @dalz for making analytics reports that he makes regularly, but today I will try a chance to grab my opportunity to participate in our 1000 HIVE Dashboard Competition.

What I have done recently is compare our Blockchain Hive with its original fork competitor Steem which Justin Sun took over just to show the community that you made a good decision on choosing Hive rather than Steem. The comparison was made on the development on Github (on Steem) vs Gitlab (on Hive).

Today we will do the comparison of Hive vs Steem in terms of their Official Twitter engagements using Footprints Analytics.

One of the key factors to measure the community is to look at their Social engagements, although we have no official Twitter handle for Hive but perhaps the https://twitter.com/hiveblocks is we can consider as our Twitter account(for the meantime) which is managed by @guiltyparties. Hive is pretty unique because it has no company, CEO, or set of teams to do the marketing, it is only solely owned by the community itself.

If we can notice that the Hive Twitter engagements maximum number is 90+ whereas the Steemit Twitter Engagements maximum is 22. We can see now a big difference in the numbers of engagements between this two just looking at the numbers.

Unlike your ordinary crypto, Hive is a fully community-driven protocol only led by its people. It has no Venture Capitalist, no Initial Coin Offering, No CEO, no company, and no owners, its just owned by the community for the community
