Is there any information available on what happened to the accounts which did not get their coins after HF 23?
It has been a witness discussed error and it looks like I got a few coins but I am still light years away from the snapshot.

Do you know the exact snapshot amount should have been?
Here's what I see on the block explorer:
hbd_transferred 27.416 HBD
hive_transferred 3649.512 HIVE
You were certainly included, the question now becomes how that amount was calculated.
The exact amount I am not certain about.
38,889 SP and 10,000 Steem,SBD ? -
That is what I am guessing according to the generous backup delegation from my proxy- witness @pharesim.
