The blockchain and cryptocurrency space is a fast-paced, innovative, changing environment. It could impact all industries and make changes for good. We are at a stage of adoption where builders are building, ecosystems are growing, onboarding is becoming easier, and people are thinking ‘How do we use this?’ It reminds me of the late stage of Web1.0.
The technology is still developing but end-user products are starting to emerge. And as it does, we need to develop a cohort of people that are not developers, but entrepreneurs, idea thinkers, influencers, change-makers, and business professionals who are all blockchain literate and can navigate Web3.
Many people I have spoken with over the years, were introduced to blockchain via cryptocurrency. They bought a bit of crypto because they read some stuff or a friend of theirs made some money. And then they either made a lot of money themselves or they lost everything. But still knew very little about blockchain. It was only after their loss, or gain they decided to learn about what they had invested in. To either try to earn back the money they lost or to try to capitalize more. It's such a common story.
However, when it comes to learning about what they had invested in, this also causes a problem because quality training, and education outside of Blockchain development or Cryptocurrency Trading has been hard to find.

We are developing a world-class 9-week training program that will launch in the new year. Yes. Please put forward this proposal. I currently teach about hive in a graduate course in education and innovation. It is a lot of fun and it exposes students to blockchain. It is really something to see when that light goes off. My students still have accounts here.
