I tend to mute all whatsapp and discord groups (I check them manually) and also may ignore randoms who message me (friends always get responded to eventually, just not always immediately XD).
I don't like WhatsApp despite all its nifty features because Facebook (sometimes my grudges extend a fair way XD). Kind of forced into it because family :)
