Since we last posted the numbers of accounts at each level have improved a little. The number of whales has fluctuated a little over the last few months, but is back up to 33 now. Orcas have been slightly over 300. For the aims of this project the minnow count is th emain one and that seems to be on the increase. We just need about another thousand.

We encourage you to keep supporting the small accounts with good content. Seek out the newcomers as well as those who return after some time away. Re-blog their posts and leave them comments to encourage them even if your vote is small.

I will keep it going as long as I think it does some good. I will also do the #FollowFriday posts to publicise people I find.
I'm not clear on this graph: is the gray number, inactive accounts, and the colored number, active accounts?
Grey does indicate the inactive accounts and is not to scale. We need to get people active again, even if it is just voting. I have seen a few people come back to Hive recently.
