Earning from the Hive blockchain. Beginner strategy.

Can a living be made.

The Hive Name.png

I would like to ask @sindetalles if she could translate this into Spanish. I think it would might reach a wider audience.

Although the conversion to another currency is still needed and many times two conversions of HIVE or HBD before it can be used to ones benefit. it still manages to provide some value to some who could use it right now. For people living in America or Europe the value of 1 HIVE does not seem that great. In other places around the world the same one HIVE can do great things with the value it provides. This is where my focus is in this post for living from the HIVE blockchain.

Investment from you. Time.
There is no over night fix.
Yes, you are going to need to be prepared to develop your account. With only time to invest, you will probably need to convince someone that you are serious in your effort. You will need some resource credits which can be gained through a delegation. You can also begin grinding micro HIVE at https://giftgiver.site/faucet This will provide liquid and powered up HIVE. I suggest to power up everything you get for the first month. There are also games you can grind in to gain some growth. I am not going to list them here. You can go make friends on the chain to learn about them.

At the end of a month. The amount of HIVE you have powered up, you can begin to power down. This gives you that amount divided by 13. you get 1/13th per week. That then becomes what you earn from the blockchain for the next 13 weeks. For the next 13 weeks. You continue to power up everything you get.

When 8-9 weeks has gone by, check your balance in your account. Make note of this amount. Over the next month, the amount of HIVE you gain from the point of two month - three month is your next power down amount. At the end of the 13 weeks you will be able to begin a new power down.

Example.
After you start your first power down.
Over the next two month you increase your hive power by 100.
By the end of the third month, you have 150 hive power.
Your power down should be 50. This ensures the growth of your account and your ability to perform more tasks.

Keep reinvesting in yourself. Keep repeating this process. For the next two months, power up everything. Record the total at the end of 8-9 weeks. Then power down the growth you have over the last 4 weeks. The amount available to you each power down begins to increase and compound itself.

Ohhh God...what a homework assignment. Of course I will be happy to translate it to Spanish and hopefully I will achieve the result you expect, especially because what you recommend here is very helpful for new users (I include myself). Thanks for the opportunity.

Ohhh Dios...menuda tarea!. Claro que estaré encantada de trasladarlo al español y ojalá logre el resultado que esperas sobre todo porque lo que recomiendas aquí es muy provechoso para los nuevos usuarios (me incluyo). Gracias por la oportunidad.

Investment from you. Time.

Takes a little more than time. People should focus on providing good content for others to read and vote up.

As far as powering down, if I was a new person (who managed not to get discouraged after a month), I wouldn't power down until you have a year's worth of power up under your belt. The higher your power, the more you can work to pay yourself.

And, as someone who has played multiple games on Steem/Hive, it is hard to recommend newbies to play, because you have to put money in to get started and getting money out isn't exactly the easiest, if you are looking for Return On Investment (ROI). But, there is that chance that you'll get lucky and win an NFT that will bring you in a few bucks in the market.

Good luck!

I do agree about the good content. Maybe there is a post in writing about the quality of the content here presently. For the quality content to get pushed, there needs to be a central body. Too many want to be that central body and refuse to work together for various reasons.

Games are just a grinding option. They do not all need investment to gain an advantage from them.

Some people could benefit from something right now along with building up something for the future. This might be an option some might be able to take advantage of or adjust it to suit their needs.

As for ROI, that is a much deeper discussion and this post is not aimed at people who have the ability to invest anything more than time.

For the quality content to get pushed, there needs to be a central body.

Well, there needs to be an interested manual curation bot. There doesn't need to be one central body, which is why we have Hive groups/communities. The content just needs to find an audience, whether existing already or just randomly found.

The central body brings the audience.
