This kind of anxiety also happens now to me, despite I did not experiment a relaxation on the workload, the fact that I'm working from home without "physical" interaction with other is somehow difficult for the kind of work I have.

What helps me is to get out and just walk, aimlessly, just enjoying walk for a couple of hours. No running, nothing goal-oriented.
I have no-running goals for the moment ;-)
