Australia Shut Down - (COVID-19) Pandemic
Closure of “principal places of social gathering”
Non-essential services close from noon today 23/03/2020 - to stem the spread of the corona-virus as cases rise rapidly in the country.
Pubs, clubs, gyms, cinemas and places of worship will be shut from midday on Monday, while restaurants and cafes will have to switch to takeaway only.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced the restrictions after a national cabinet meeting.
The number of cases in Australia has risen sharply in recent days, reaching 1,315.

right there with you...Wisconsin shut down its bars and restaurants last Wednesday at 5 pm central time...I managed to get a few pints in before it happened. It was like the end of the world - all I could think was "this must have been the same people experienced when US prohibition began over 100 years ago..."
