Max and Chole move into a house with a little bit more room, to accommodate their new roommate. This time they can afford a 2 bed one bath home. If our couple is going to have a child, they need as much room as possible. In the Sims, your Sims' friend level has to be high enough in order for them to share a bed. Max and Chole's is high enough but not with their roomate.
