Maybe not right away, but eventually you should be able to rent out almost any card that's not a Untamed&Beta Common or Uncommon card for at least 0.1 DEC.
Right now there are still more people looking to rent out cards than there are people looking to rent them but that's going to change pretty soon I believe ;-)

    you should be able to rent out almost any card that's not a Untamed&Beta Common or Uncommon card

    And there in lies the rub. I have rather a lot of common reward cards for example. 😂
