Steem (busy and Partiko) was sometimes quite uncommunicative over the last few days.
Sometimes not loading at all busy & Partiko.
Sometimes not accepting votes or comments (request too long/ time out)
The Wallet Transfer list is also pretty short.. But that may be intended.

I believe busy does not rely on our infrastructure. I am not sure about @partiko
