Orca Goal
I moved over my final author earnings from the other platform earlier and it's pushed me on to the final stretch to get to Orcadom! It's been a very interesting journey the last 2.25 years with a combination of buying up and earning through posting/commenting/leasing/delegating/contesting... and the rest-ing... but I basically lease the majority of what I have to curation guilds to help them retain users and content creators, some to @yourtop3 so we can spread the fun and rewards there and might leave a few k in my account to upvote you legends who comment on my posts to say thanks (although I may just delegate it all out haha)!
Not Curating?
Basically, what I'm saying is, I think I'm pretty CRAP at curating content π I'm a music producer & DJ first and foremost so I try to focus on and refine my skills there whilst sharing my creations with you from my website and some Hive exclusives every now and again.
I feel my HP kinda doesn't get used to its fullest so might as well lend it out to those active curation guilds to support them and develop the next wave of redfish, minnows and dolphins (plus I earn passively in the process to help climb that staircase myself - love this abundance of opportunities)!
Hoping to get to Orca by the end of the year - fingers crossed!

Aha great goal to set and I know the rebranding issue as well as we did it with the @yourtop3 contest! It will take about a month or two so post from your new account, share to your old account and maybe have a note in your old account description to your new account if you haven't already!

Thanks man and wish you success with the next goal you have too. There's some great initiatives run by @traciyork with the Hive Power up day and @justclickindiva @brittandjosie with the redfish rallies they run.
Contests like @yourtop3 are good to meet new people with as well (I'm not just saying that because I co-organise it but maybe a little haha) but @galenkp has a great contest with the "Engage on Hive". Also, see if you can join the Engagement League run by @abh12345 as you will see a load of interactive people there to meet too.
That should give you a few good places to start π
I'm an electronic music producer but mainly working on "Drum & Bass" which I'd describe as high energy dance music. Also making Trance music and some chillout stuff but looking into licencing my music for media companies this month. Fingers crossed!

Awesome! You want to start off with the OCD community as they support original content as a general concept so your drawings will be well suited.
Also use the tag #creativecoin and follow @isaria, @derangedvisions as they have weekly contests for creatives. @manoldonchev is a great photographer too along with @jpphotgraphy so worth following them too.
Hopefully that will help you get started to meet other like minded folks and you can all share some artwork tips π

Thanks man! The final stretch now so hopefully it won't take as long, not sure what my goals are after Orca! Obviously it will be nice to get to whale then I can "complete the game" as it were but just powering everything up that comes in and see how it goes.
1 BTC might be a little harder to get but I still have some STEEM to powerdown and exchange out so we'll see, depends which one screams out to me on the day and which way the wind is blowing haha
