Model Kit Review, the Japanese WW2 "Emily" flying boat in 1/144 scale

in #hobbies4 years ago

Hello, and welcome to my page!

This post is for another one of my model kit review videos. This video is a review of the 1/144 scale kit of the WW2 Japanese Navy Kawanishi type 2, Mk12 flying boat. This plastic kit was produced by the L&S Co. Ltd of Japan.

This type of plane is called a flying boat because the bottom of the plane's body is shaped like a boat hull and they took off from, and landed on water. Some flying boats had retractable wheels for use on land, and some did not. The various flying boats were used for passenger service across large areas of ocean before WW2, and were put into military service with the outbreak of the war.

Here is the youtube link for the video for this model kit review. The video is 7 minutes and 30 seconds long.

Thanks for stopping by my page to check out this model kit review!
