When you have designed the layout of the veggie gardens, put the chook tractors on there for a while, dig/turn the earth to incorporate the poop and the dirt, do this three or four times.
Remove the chook tractors to the next garden, leave the first garden for about 6 to 9 months [maybe longer because you have snow] then dig and plant your veggie garden.
The rain,worms will compost the poop into good soil naturally.
