RE: #HowItStarted + #TwitterCensorship Initiative

That's why SMTs should/would be everything right now. I imagine this platform would be overrun with new collectives seeking a new base/home.... IF HIVE was more robust.

This, as is, is just not it though.

CHAT IS A MUST.

You can't seriously think onboarding will be organic and exponential when every user gets told "your actual connections are maintained on discord."

You also can't expect enterprise to merge their projects and clientele over here when the system and toolset is so basic. When any new community essentially relies on a few significant eyes (or initiatives) to take notice of them in order for those rewards to come their way.

I respect your belief and this place needs such individuals, but I also think you ignore the truth and hope others do too... and coincidentally, many do, because they aim to gain favour so "positive vibes" is an internet wide coping mechanism of people that simply don't want to be real with themselves.

Anyway I do agree, Hive has a future, but my point is that this time we are experiencing right now of big tech/mainstream going full authoritarian would be Hive's to own if the system was much more developed.

If steemit was stagnant for years (which under fat toad ned it was) then Hive needs to be the full opposite.

Fast development to truly emerge as a superior system/platform. Your future DAO proposal for mid/long term makes sense. Market the product. So then short term would be to actually improve and polish that product going to market.

Success is guaranteed:
Because the formula is already realized.
Centralised has power because they have the masses.
Taking away their users is simply about replicating that system.

So 'build it and they will come' is really the most basic but definitive truth of just about anything. Expect making a baby. In that, you got to come first, then the woman builds it.
