So many questions, 0 answers. How in the... didn't they see it bending? Feel something wrong? Have the urge to brake? All the wheels are in the air... How did it push itself up there? Can anyone tell me how????
These machines bounce around. The front is heavier, especially with a load in the bucket or on the forks. If you're going too fast, the front can dip a little too far forward. If the bucket or forks catch the ground and dig in... that might happen.
This operator really messed up. The added weight behind (see the trailer?) assisted. It probably came to near dead stop, but everything else wanted to keep going.
