Last week I posted about the Spokane Public School District number 81 denying their resource officers and security officers are exactly that, instead claiming they were just regular employees. After finding out that was false information I did more requests to try to uncover the bonding Insurance held to hold these employees harmless of liability.
Most of my requests have been responded to already. For three out of the four requests I was told I would have to wait until January 21st to receive the records. The final one was the insurance the district is authorized to purchase through the state of Washington to hold employees harmless. I have also requested a copy of the school board members official bombed as required by the state. This is one of the records I was told would not be available until January 21st we'll see what it turns up.
Since the security and resource officers used Force to keep me out of a meeting that I should have been allowed into and we're communicating with others on their phones while doing so I also requested any messages emails and pictures taken on their personal and work phones during that time here is that response.
