Late Afternoon Pick-Me-Up (NOT MY WORK - NO PAYOUT)

in #informationwar4 years ago (edited)

The following is not my work; payout for this post is declined. However, I WISH I written every word. I have a post in the works that deals with these same themes. The following should be read, and you should add this site to your daily reading list...

Late Afternoon Pick-Me-Up

Police won't protect us. It's time to admit our only defense is self-defense, and the only help we can expect is self-help.

And to mutually vow to each other that we will never, ever convict someone for resorting to self-help, if we're on someone's jury.

Either the state will enforce the law and protect us, or we'll protect ourselves, and protect those who protect themselves. Period.

The officials sworn to protect the civil peace have instead decided to protect the bandits and looters and arsonists. Instead of prosecuting them for their crimes, they nullify the law and let them out the next morning.

We can nullify the law too, guys.

You're not the only ones who can set aside the law and free people for what might, in other times, be considered crimes of violence.

If you won't prosecute looters, arsonists, and insurrectionists, we will not convict those who use violence to stop looters, arsonists, and insurrectionists, or use violence (as here) just to fucking get home without being illegally held-up by bandits blocking the road like old-time highwaymen and road-thieves.

The state has decided we will be ruled by the mob.

But we never agreed to that. The Constitution says that we will rule ourselves, through our elected officials. Not to the violent insurrectionists and anarchists the police and government have turned the streets over to.

The Constitution guarantees its citizens a "republican form of government."

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

Supreme Court rulings have found that this clause is binding on state and local government. If state and local government do not provide for a "republican form of government" -- one man one vote, government by the consent of the governed, etc. -- they're in violation of the Constitution.

And, crucially: The Constitution guarantees that the government will protect us from Invasion as well as from Domestic Violence.

Are state and local governments protecting citizens from Domestic Violence, or actively supporting the terroristic gangs inflicting that violence?

Obviously, giving over the streets to Private Vigilante Law Enforcement and Traffic Diversion Squads of antifa and BLM -- none of whom are elected and many of whom are straight-up criminal anarchists and mentally-ill ones at that -- is not a "republican form of government."

They are in violation of the Constitution, and we are under no obligation to follow the law in a lawless, unconstitutional state.

Antifa does not "own the streets," as local and state governments seem to believe.

Tax-paying American citizens paid for those streets, and we own them, through legal structures such as townships.

A government that gives over Americans' streets to wandering gangs of violent brigands and insurrectionists have forfeited any moral or legal right to govern.

It's up to us now.

You want warlordism and vigilatism? Okay, let's see who has more ammo, greater access to food and fresh water, and years of combined years of combat training.

Back to me...

ME: Ok, I bolded and italicized the last line

I have seen a great many people begin to wake up. This blog I shared is mostly conservative (on the libertarian-leaning side). 5 years ago, no one on this blog said these kinds of things; the standoff at Bundy Ranch and the murder of LaVoy Finicum were brushed off.

IW on the behalf of Americans may not work; it may just be that people are starting to get hit personally by the Clue-By-Four in their lives, or they might be getting canceled or metoo'd, or they might see their personal social media getting censored.

Anyway, I was working on something related to this when I ran across this, and felt I needed to share it in toto. Please, visit the site if you read the article to give the writer his fair traffic recording...

Sort:

great comment from post:

One of the most brilliant parts of the Constitution is that it serves as a cassus belli when things become intolerable.

and another:

Which section of the Constitution says that we can only have the Democrats and Republicans fight it out for control of the Country?

and:

Expect to see more of people taking matters into their own hands. A lot of citizens are past the point of caring who comes after them for defending their individual liberty.

If you're blocking someone's car or otherwise trying to illegally deter them from their daily business, get ready. Hell is coming to breakfast.

Hell is coming to breakfast.

Does that mean Denny's will still be open?
