For the house owners:
We want to let you know that we have a certain standard when selecting holiday homes. Our accommodations are hand-picked, and always offer something unique and special. First-class villas with breath-taking sea- or mountain views, a small apartment within walking distance from the beach, or something completely different, but always special in some way.
This means that if we are interested in your home, then you have an authentic gem!
We will take care of your home just as if it was our own property. We will pay attention to every single detail and let you know if we have any suggestions to change anything, buy new furniture, redecorate, repairs… Everything!
We will also take care of cleaning, daily/weekly maintenance and will do any repairs your house may need (we know sometimes things break). Above all, we will always be reachable quickly by phone, and able to be on-site very quickly if you or your property need anything, whatever that may be. Our goal is to give you peace of mind, security, and the tranquillity of being away from your property, knowing that you have a responsible team keeping an eye on your home and your (and ours too) guests.
We will never leave your house alone or unattended for more than a few days at a time. Even if your property is not booked, we will visit at least once a week, to check that everything is in order, and to keep an eye on everything. We want you to rest assured that your house will be safe with us. You can basically forget about everything and enjoy the income your property generates, minus our fee.

Marketing and promotions:
We will include the property on our website.
We can keep it unlisted (“invisible”), and send an actual link to guests only when we get an enquiry that could fit their needs. We can also link to your own site, if you have one, as well as add your home to all the booking platforms we work with (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc).
We will regularly post and promote your property on Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc…).
We also create Google and Facebook/Instagram marketing campaings.
Special payment
We have always been part of the blockchain ecosystem and we are aware of the changes in technology and the crypto world.
As a family business we make sure that our customers have the best stay on their vacation, but also that they feel comfortable when payment.
