Hey There!

HeyThere.jpg

I’m Tita. I’m a dog and Isa’s my human, I adopted her. Isa’s currently holding the camera and giving me that look she gives me when she wants me to stay put. I rarely do though. I have a really short short-term memory. Isa calls me Dory because I’m very obedient but only for 10 seconds tops, then I forget what was it that I wasn’t supposed to do. Like chewing on her shoes. What was I saying? Oh yeah, Isa’s on her Laptop now.

Maybe she’s writing something. Or reading. She loves to read. And football–soccer. And languages: she speaks Spanish and some English. Thinks she can speak French and is learning German while side glancing at Japanese and secretly wanting to learn Dutch. True story.

Isa also loves taking photos. She does that a lot, which is weird since she’s not a photographer. It’s an inherited passion.

She’s actually a 24 y/o Mechanical Engineering student in Venezuela. She looooves her study field, sometimes she goes on and on about machines and inventions. Her specific focus is biomechanics, although she likes learning about all kind of new things–engineering related or not–and discussing them with other humans. She enjoys reading about almost anything, that’s probably why she joined Steemit. That and because she expects to make some money from writing one day, but mostly for the discovering of new things and cool people. And barking about writing and cool people, while wandering around Steemit feeling lost and lonely Isa found a cool and kind pack in @TheWritersBlock! And that was what really inspired her to stay in steemit, to share and learn.

Now, Isa’s a little shy and sometimes really cynical, but the truth is that most of the time she loves humans as much as she loves dogs, and trust me, that’s a lot. Please take care of her!

Nice introduction, haha! Welcome to Steemit, Isa. If you like to write, you'll definitely have fun and find success in the site. Specially if you hang with the cool kids at The Writer's Block.

Your shelf looks a bit like the one in my room, by the way. The planks bending under the weight of... Well, I can't make out the titles, but I see some from the Biblioteca El Nacional series they publish with Planeta. They only choose the most iconic classics, so they're bound to be good.

Anyway, have fun on steemit!

Well I've had a lot of fun so far, and I'm just starting!

Yesss those where actually my first dive into classics. Carrying around Herman Melville and Charles Dickens at age 10 made my family compare me to Matilda lol. Oh, the memories. I'm surprised you now the series btw!

Thanks for the welcome and the good wishes :)
