Welcome to Steemit! I am a newbe myself here and have never gotten into this social media stuff. Joined it to write things I thought would be important, more than the earnings aspect - but if that works out, so much for the better! I too did some customer service work for a tech firm, and was also a mortgage loan officer at one time. I can empathize with your experience with cranky customers! Don't let the turkeys get you down!
