Our tiny home life

Hi, I'm new to Hive and excited to share my tiny home journey! I live in a small apartment with my husband and toddler. I'm currently 28 weeks pregnant and we are so excited to welcome our little one into the world, even during these strange times.

A little more about my family:

  • We love exploring. I'm a stay-at-home mom and I like keeping our days as screen-free as possible so we end up spending a lot of time outside in nature every day.
  • We are trying to live a minimalist lifestyle. We belong to a local buy nothing group, which has really helped me to let go of stuff.
  • We like doing DIY projects! My husband is currently teaching me how to use the scroll saw and do more woodworking myself.
  • I'm currently in the nesting stage of pregnancy and doing tons of home organization.

Looking forward to sharing more of our journey with you!

hello dear friend @tinyhome good night
Welcome and many successes, it is a real pleasure to meet you and wish you many successes. grateful for having chosen us to share your publications in our company
have a splendid night

Well I can't add much more than @cmplxty already has in that amazing welcome, but here's a welcome to Hive from me too!

I absolutely agree that the @naturalmedicine community would likely have a lot in common with you. Low impact living is one of the goals many of us work towards. I also love my local buy nothing group. It's fairly new, but growing rapidly.

If you have any trouble figuring things out here, do ask someone. No question is a silly one, because the chances are we also asked them at one point! 😆

Welcome to hive. I look forward to seeing how your posts develop and hope to bump into you some more moving forward.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to let me know and I'll help where I can.

Have a great week.

Hello welcome to Hive.

At the beginning everything seems confused, but you can quickly get the most important thing out, if you have any problems just ask, on discort or here.

Welcome to the Hive community @tinyhome!
We sincerely hope you find everything you are looking for and have found a new home here.

Seven suggestions to consider:

  1. Guard your passwords carefully, and only publish with the posting key,
  2. Use your active key only for wallet transactions, keychain and Peaklock,
  3. The owner password is only used to reset compromised passwords,
  4. DO NOT lose your passwords; copy and store offline,
  5. Do not publish other people's work, be it photos or written, without credit, and
be sure to source all of your work, even if it is your own
    .
  6. An introduceyourself tag is used only once , and
  7. Do Not open any links in memos or comments that you do not know who they belong to. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is, so the old saying goes. There is nothing free here.

I found you because @brittandjosie and @jamerussell from @heyhaveyamet presented and promoted your publication to get more exposure and help you grow faster.

If you find yourself overwhelmed and need some guidance, or if you have any questions, there are informed Hivians available who can help you; you can click to go to The Terminal in Discord here:

Have fun and happy Hiving!

Amazing. Will follow.. I'm @kylbeebee but our tiny home is a landrover (after a bus and a van).. that's @buttercup109 x

About II Discord II Community

Welcome to Hive @tinyhome! 😊 I have read the comments of the others who welcomed you, and they are right! Password is very important, so you really need to keep guard of it. Use your Active Key instead.

May you have a great time here. I would love to bump with you in this fun community. 😍

nice family you got

Hello @tinyhome Welcome to Hive and congratulations on your new addition to the family. So nice to meet you. So glad you chose Hive for your writing experience. It may seem daunting at first with so many activities and so much to learn. Take your time. Nothing will happen overnight.

The key I feel to being successful on any social platform, especially on Hive is to write original, quality content and engage and connect with other authors with quality comments on their articles. They in turn may engage with you.

Did you know that when you publish your posts on hive.blog, you are allowed 8 tags; but when you publish your posts on Peakd, you are allowed 10 tags. The more tags, the more exposure for your posts. For example, if you write about food, an appropriate tag may be: #foodiesbeehive #food #diy #build-it. If you write about yourself or your family, use the tags #innerblocks #gems

Find several Communities that fit with your writing. No matter what type of writing, there is a Community on Hive to accommodate it. Just browse the COMMUNITIES TAB above. We have Communities such as Natural Medicine Community; DIYHub for do-it-yourself; BUILD-IT; CREATIVECOIN, and GEMS.

Hope to engage with you again soon. Take care and stay safe.
