Hey ya'll @solominer turned me on to this platform and I am here to show some of the projects I have been working on. For starters, I would like to introduce you guys with what I enjoy doing as a hobby and profession.
For our Steemit community I would like to present and share Art & Design with like-minded people and mentor individuals who are seeking advice in this industry. This page is my intro page so I will begin with one of the most enjoying projects I completed.
I present to you... an animation inspired concept car design derived from the anime series AKIRA.
The animation main vehicle was a motorcycle and with that in mind I wanted to create a car that had the same spirit and emotion.
This is an image board to understand the animations vibe and emotions. The form factor of the design I wanted to blend in with the theme so this was created and placed next to me at all times.
This was the initial sketch phase trying to find a form factor and direction for the concept.
Together with a scene I liked the way the form was developed and further created a more detailed rendering of the vehicle.
Here is the final quarter scale clay model sculpted and painted.
