My training partner did not show up yesterday.
I just continued with my regular work out which was bag work and lifting.
Everything was going really well until I finished lifting and went to shadow boxing.
I was working on getting more speed on my kicks especially my spinning wheel kick.
It was going great and I was very happy with the speed until my foot got caught on a spot on the mat and I tweaked my right ankle. It has been a long time since I hurt my ankle and I hate it because it makes me more susceptible to foot locks.
