Today was supposed to be a light day but I was feeling it to I went at full speed and power. I was so tired after my bag work out and dripping with sweat.
I went to the bench right away and just did sets with 185. I do an active rest where I do crunches between the sets.
Then it was lat pull down time.
I finished up with a creative MMA shadow boxing session. I slowed everything down so it was more like a dance. I have the most fun doing this.
