BJJ Training Journal - 7/25/21 - Swimming

My body was so stiff and beat up from a hard week of training.

Instead of lifting I went down to the ocean and swam and worked on my breathhold.

It was super hot and the water felt perfect.

It was a good workout and I felt really good after.

I was tired but the tightness in my muscles got much better.
