BJJ Training Journal - 8/4/20 - Takedown Practice and More

I worked on takedowns with my training partner. It was a tough work out and my left knee was very sore and kept giving out on me. I have no idea what happened.

So I decided to shoot with my right leg forward which I only do to drill. This was great practice for me.

We did takedown sparring and I got 100% of my takedowns which was unusual for me..

It was a great workout.
