BJJ Training Journal - 9/11/20 - Another Breath Hold Personal Best

I did my breath hold work out at the desk in my office.

I did four sets.

I was so discouraged in the first two sets because my time was lower than the day before.

Set 3 was right under 3 minutes and then in my final set I decided to push it and I got to 3:15 which is my new personal best.

I was super pumped.

I did my push ups after.
