BJJ Training Journal - 9/14/20 - Working on my Breath Hold

I didn't work on going for my personal best in the last couple days.

I worked on getting comfortable hitting the two and three minute levels on the least amount for breaths.

I want to be comfortable at the 2 minute level with five breaths and the 3 minute with ten.

This is a great workout because it is helping me control my body and mind.
