As promised in our proposal, we will post weekly updates to let you know what's going on regarding Keychain development.
Since we are now close to releasing the Open Beta, I wanted to finish all the small things that needed to be done, and that's why I am condensing two weeks worth of work together.
Mobile App
Both Android and iOS version are currently pending review for a last check in closed Alpha. When the review is completed, I will make an announcement to ask our testers to come and check the Apps one last time, and if all goes well, we can expect the Open Beta versions to be released for the whole community within ten days.
Here's what have been done during the past weeks:
- Implement memo encryption during transfers
- Preparation of the App for localization
- Iteration on fetching the users transfers (it s particularly relevant for witnesses that have a lot of virtual transactions, thus making it harder to find transfers among the other operations).
- Add loaders when needed
- Adjust layouts on both iOS and Android
- Add drawer buttons on all screens for easier navigation
- Tests, tests, tests
