Bonjour à tous, après avoir mis en avant les beautés de la Bretagne lors de mes deux derniers articles, je vous propose de profiter des joies de l'automne dans notre région d'Ile-de-France : la forêt et les premières poussées de champignons.	Hello everyone, after highlighting the beauties of Brittany in my last two articles, I suggest you take advantage of the joys of autumn in our region of Ile-de-France: the forest and the first outbreaks of mushrooms.

Autant dire que la cueillette de fut pas exceptionnelle mais le principal n'était-il pas de profiter de la forêt ? J'ai pu ramasser quelques cèpes et bolets; j'ai aussi laissé les plus vieux spécimens afin que les spores permettent une nouvelle récolte l'année prochaine. N'oubliez pas que le champignon est l'organe reproducteur du mycelium: il est important de ne pas tout ramasser afin que la nature puisse se regénérer. I was able to pick up a few porcini mushrooms and boletes; I also left the older specimens so that the spores would allow a new harvest next year. Do not forget that the mushroom is the reproductive organ of the mycelium: it is important not to collect everything so that nature can regenerate.

Les champignons les plus beaux ne sont pas les meilleurs et les plus laids pas forcément les plus mauvais : qui trouve une truffe jolie ? Voici quelques amanites tue-mouches. Attention toxique !	The most beautiful mushrooms are not the best and the ugliest are not necessarily the worst: who finds a pretty truffle? Here are some fly agaric. Warning toxic!

Le doute n'est jamais permis lorsqu'on ramasse des champignons. Ne prenez que ce que vous connaissez parfaitement. On dénombre encore trop d'accidents mortels liés à des confusions. Si les cèpes et bolets sont faciles à reconnaître et quasi tous comestibles hors le bolet de Satan heureusement très rare et facilement reconnaissable, il n'en est pas de même avec d'autres variétés comme les amanites et les agarics : ici, je vous présente une amanite fauve, une amanite que je pense être une amanite panthère (à confirmer) et une amanite phalloïde, printanière ou vireuse (je ne peux être plus précis). Merci pour cette présentation des champignons. Hier, en forêt de Fontainebleau j'en ai vu quelques-uns mais n'étant absolument pas expert je les ai laissé sur pieds.
Dommage car les champignons sont des mets excellents.

La règle c'est de ne ramasser que ce que l'on connaît pour éviter toute méprise.
Le cèpe et les bolets c'est la base et impossible de se tromper.
