Exciting couple of days in Cub land as the TVLs and CUB prices continue to move in the right direction. $20 Mil TVL is surely going to happen any day now and with that, I expect CUB prices to hit $6.
That's kind of the mid-point of the highs and lows since the project launched. More and more people are becoming aware of the project which is in part thanks to the marketing done by the team as well as the community.
Long runway
I was just looking at PancakeSwap, the big daddy of DeFi on BSC and they have ~6 Billion TVL. That is roughly 300x the size of where Cub's at in terms of TVL so imagine the growth that's still possible.
Reaching folks outside of the Hive Community
Let's face it, everyone on Hive and Leo has heard of Cub. Most probably have a stake in as well. But it is a big world out there and many haven't heard of it, even on crypto-focused communities.
Here are some potential targets that everyone can use to get the word out:
- Publish0x - 200,000 registered users, 5.8 mil pageviews per month
- Quora - 500,000 followers for cryptocurrencies topic
- Reddit - 2,000,000 members in r/cryptocurrency
For me, like in the reply above, my favorites are Publish0x and Quora.
Like the marketing funnel in the title pic, we're still in the 'awareness' stage of the marketing funnel and the broader we make that be, the stronger Cub Finance will be.

Yeah, celebrity influencers are another potential avenue. The reason i'm a little cautious about that is that many of them in the crypto space have a bad rep for pump and dumps.
Of course, getting the attention of a Crypto legend would be amazing although they don't usually promote projects other than the one they're famous for.

Definitely! That's the biggest advantage Cub Finance has over the others - an in-built community.
I really liked your Marketing Funnel Infographic. Getting the word out is the goal for sure!
Another idea might be to target online investment publications as well as business news sites which allow comments on their articles. There is also the traditional social media sites and their crypto niche communities, two of which you mentioned.

That's a great idea - Investment publications and news sites which have readers familiar with crypto would be a good target. DeFi is getting a lot of buzz along with NFTs these days.

Reddit is definitely the prize but the community there can be a little more aggressive and territorial than the other two in my opinion. Folks on Quora and Publish0x generally play nice lol.
