Keeping up with demand

There is a strong demand for renting electric vehicles right now. Interest is growing and it is expected that many might like to rent one of these vehicles to familiarize themselves with it a bit first before taking the plunge.

It is also preferred by many when looking to rent a vehicle now for a road trip or vacation etc. This buy from Hertz was going to increase that opportunity to find Tesla cars for rent, the prevalence of options is growing in the market.

Both leisure travelers and corporate travelers as well are gravitating to the electric vehicle rental option with these Tesla's Hertz has added.

Not only might prospective buyers be interested, and vacationers looking for a different mode of transportation, but more companies are also renting them for their employees too.

Many of those cars they bought were also expected to eventually be rented out to Uber drivers as well.

Hertz has suggested that by the end of 2024 they are hoping to have around 25% of their car fleet be EVs.
