Hello, SPIer's. Today is Sunday and we end the SPI week with our weekly dividend payment this evening and every Sunday at 21.00 GMT.
What is SPI?
SPI tokens are growth investment tokens that pay a weekly dividend. They have been circulating for over 2 years, on STEEMHIVE. Mostly sold for 1 HIVE, each token today is worth over 4 times its HIVE issue value and 12x its dollar value. On top of that, token holders receive roughly 8% more SPI's every year from weekly dividends. We raised $13k from issuing SPI tokens for the first year which has been used to grow a diverse portfolio of investments, many of which provide streams of passive incomes. SPI tokens are part ownership of all SPinvest tokens/accounts, assets and income. The price of each SPI token is its liquidation value as SPI tokens are 100% backed by holdings. Handcapped to roughly 94,000, no more can be minted are issued. Adding, hold and compounding has us on the road to major growth and these tokens are still growing in value.
SPI tokens are part ownership in an actively managed fund. We have our hands in over 20 investments with the lion share being HIVE, BTC & ETH. We dont FOMO are chase pipe dreams. Earnings this week have been on par with what we've been doing for the past few months. Our HIVE POWER earnings make up 50% of this week's income with content coming in second. As with every week, I unstaked LISTNERDS that we'll get in 10 weeks' time, this is our 6th weekly unstake. 4000 LISTNERDS is roughly 100 HIVE at the minute with roughly 40 needed to be reserved to pay the $25 weekly cost leaving 60 HIVE profit.
I will remove the SPS line from above as JK is unstaking and moving it to BSC defi. Going forward, it would be cool to start and see some profits coming from the gaming account. There has been lots of investment into this account over the past year with everything being compounded and lots of pre-buys. Some are dead, others are showing progress and we hope 1-2 of them pop off and make us some income.
Not much change the HIVE wallets this week, we hold a little more of everything but no massive increases. If you look at the bottom at "other", you'll see that this is worth 17,500 HIVE which is over $11,000. This is mostly made up of the gaming tokens shitsignals has been collecting up on hive-engine. It's hard to get a accurate value of these tokens so the number is the best ballpark based on the information available. This account was funded with around 4000 HIVE maybe 2 years ago, it has paid that 4000 back to SPI already a long time ago so we're basically freerolling. I hope to see gaming bring in consistent income at some point.
Collected some good rewards from EMP this week and added over $500 into the BUSD balance. Bought back 100 SPI with the investor taking BUSD as payment which was $180ish and i transferred out $500 to pay to some stuff to create 25 gift packs for the SPI club rewards thing that was written about on Monday past. I'd hope our EMP rewards remain high as the price of ETH is mooning.
This week the SPI token has increased in both HIVE and dollar value which does not happen that often so this is a very good week for us. Not sure how long this current market run has with the ETH marge happening next month but the longer the better.
As mentioned above, i have bought some things to create 25 SPI gift packs. These be used and issued when I launch the SPI loyalty idea I have to reward token holders with a few cool things. I've bought mugs, stickers, magnets, bottle openers, pens and mixed the branding between SPI and HIVE. These will be available to investors that hold over 1000 SPI tokens that are willing to provide a shipping address. Digital rewards will be offered to investors that hold 500 SPI's and maybe 250, maybe. It's all still in the air so I'll just say keep an eye out for it. It'd be called something like SPI Royals are something with investors being split into Ace, Kings, Queen and Jacks.
All in all, another decent week. We have creeped into a $ profit from year start and we're gaining in terms of HIVE. Dividends should have already been issued and have a great Sunday evening folks.
