I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

Things are kind of average right now with the lockdown going on spending a lot f time on crypto and betting. I did get a hearcup yesterday, watched the Belgian Cup matches and that was about it. I really need to get to a point where I totally flip my priority to eating healthy and working out to get something going there and I guess it will have to wait until the football season is over for me to do so.
