I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....
It was another saturday where I mostly handicapped and watched football. The regular season will go for 4 more weeks and I'm actually thinking of skipping the playoffs as I really need more time to get back into my heathy habits. Right now doing everything at once is just too much and I guess I'm making a bad choice letting betting and crypto win over eating healthy and working out. Sunday will be another football packed day as always and I hope my form in betting picks up again as results have had somewhat of a dip this week.
