Day 1452 | Evening Walk & Long Deep Sleep

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Wednesday was quite an on day as I managed to be productive during the day, go on an evening walk and also have a very good and deel long sleeping night. The plan was to go back to a routine of morning runs but I have that delayed until tomorrow now. On thursday I plan to go into the city to get my iphone battery fixed while picking up a present for my youngest niece. If for sure will at leas be a 2-hour walk. I also intend to drink plenty of water while eating healthy.

This is a smart way to live and I admire what you are doing. We all need to cultivate this habit. It helps in the end. Lots of water, lots of fruits and taking a walk... Perfect.
