Day 1666 | Bookkeeping Monday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I had my usual monday where I do all my bookkeeping and it was quite a harsh one while at the same time the damage is limited and I still have quite some passive income that I keep generating which was not affected at all by the entire cryto collapse.

I do feel that I have now reached the low point from this period where I had a relapse to old bad habits and it's time again to turn things aroud, eat healthy, work out daily and sleep enough remain the key aspects for me to overall feel good and have days that I'm able to score a solid 7 which I consider good days. Lately whith my discipline that has been dropped the 4-6 range had become more common. I also have been sleeping a lot worse. So up an ahead again from here now that I still only lost a part of the progress that I made during the good times.

Daily Food Journal
Once again not the best eating day with some bread in the afternoon and a home-made pizza in the evening along with some nuts.

Today Goals
Tuesday will be my usual family day and I most of all aim to keep my eating clean!
