I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

With the weather getting a bit colder, I have been staying in my bed longer in the mornings which highly shortened my wednesday. I mostly stayed indoors trying to be productive at a rather slow pace.

Daily Food Journal
I ate some more bread and some eggs which was pretty much it for the day.

Today Goals
I will play an hour of tennis and try to be productive the rest of the day also cleaning my appartment and doing the dishes which I should have done yestrday already
