Day 1674 | Switching Strategies

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I have not really been able to sat my mind on the worl cup and properly betting it which just left me both with a bunch of bets that weren't any good also laking the needed luck. This puts me in a zone where I'm more or less going about things in an unproductive way which makes me have to switch up my strategy. I will have less focus on the world cup from here on out still having the matches on but betting a lot less and being productive on my pc with other stuff while watching. I'm also going to put most of my real focus on health and fitness again as the way things go right now I will be burned out with betting and in bad shape at the time when the belgian league starts again.

I ate more bready today purely out of convenience.

Today Goals
Wednesday will be a family day at least in the afternoon as it's the Birthday of my oldest niece and we will also watch match of the belgian team in group this evening.
