Day 1675 | Fun Birthday Party

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Wednesday was the first day where I didn't really have any bets on the world cup and I also didn't follow it a much as the days before. I did have a family day in the late afternoon as there was the birthday party of my oldest niece and we also all watched the match of the Belgian Team together. So overall a fun day. I did go to bed quite late which now only leaves 40 minutes before the first match of the day starts.

Daily Food Journal
I ate some bread in the afternoon and spashetti in the evening.

Today Goals
Thursday will likely be a transition day with more football watching and me setting myself up to lose some weight in the last days of the month so I'm lower compared to last month again continuing that good streak.
