Day 1686 | Managing Heating

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

It was not the most productive Sunday and these days a big topic of consern remains how I'm heating my appartment in order not to get hit by crazy energy bills. In the past I didn't look at anything just having my heating on all the time so it was at least 21 degrees in my appratment. Nowadays I put my heating off during the night which makes me stay in bed just way longer and during the day I also put my heating lower which is something I haven't fully adjusted to yet. I also used to take a bath every morning as part of my routine which on most days I now scrapped.

Daily Food Journal
I once again ate healthy with some crackers and peanut butter, 2 bouws of soup and a smoothie.

Today Goals
The plan today is to take a walk into the city as my daily activity while doing some basic productivity before that.
