If you're in tech or consulting, then you're probably familiar with the term scope creep.
Your project starts off being one thing and by the time you're done, it morphed into a completely different beast with way more requirements.
That's what I'm looking at with this vba and excel stuff. I quoted for X and it's looking like 3X at least. For the same price of course.
