SourceMost if not all will agree with me the year 2020 has been a challenging and a trying one. We've all gone through some hard times and we continue to face our individual struggles as we take one day at time. At a personal level, my life has seen some good, bad and ugly times. So many times, I grew so weary that thoughts of just giving up on the so many things I have ventured in crossed my mind even though I immediately wiped them off. Giving up is not an option at all not after all what I have been through so far to say the least.
But I am extremely glad that in spite of all these happenings and in the midst of these unprecedented times, God remained faithful. Every step of the way, he always gave me the right words through people, songs, messages etc. I don't know what I would have done or where I would have been or what would've become of me if he was not there. Many might ask me why can't he just solve the problem or fix it or just make life easier and problem free? I wish it was that simple to just give an answer but all I know is he allows us to go through some things for a reason.
There is a reason behind everything he does and it all makes sense at the end. So, I would say in spite of whatever thing we may be going through right now, we must not relent our efforts. We must not give in to that other voice that urges us to quit already. We must keep going, running patiently the race that is set before us. Speaking from my own experience this year, I know sometimes it can be so hard but with our God all things are possible. We are more than conquerors in him.
In spite of all the hardship, the struggles, the pain, the losses, everything you might have gone through; you must hang in there. God is not done with you yet. It is not over until he says it is. 2020 can still be that year for you just like he promised. All we have to do is keep on believing and trusting him. All things will eventually work for our good and only then will we come to see and understand the reason behind the storm.
