Everyday is Time & Space in motion.
I can fold Space & Time with my thinking and actions.
My ship journeys through this reality. The sensors are not always reliable.
Reality itself sometimes does not exist.
Where are we plotting to?
The answer is simple and complex. We are journeying to, The Future.
The simple answer is that we cannot stop. We may feel we are not moving but, Space & Time, is always moving.
The complex answer is that it is difficult to conceptualise whether we can trust what our sensors are picking up. Why are we travelling at all?
We were launched into space without any warning.
Our guidance system tries to predict where we are heading, and yet, we can choose to believe it, or to review the archives for star systems that we may have missed.
We sometimes try to head back to historical systems. Systems that we remember as being safe and comfortable. Many times, those systems have changed. Or maybe we have changed? We no longer feel that same level of reassurance.
Other ships sometimes join us. There is safety in numbers. Yet, regardless, of the same mission headings, the overall journey for each is different.
We hope to gain support if systems malfunction. But, as with any loose alliance, sometimes the connections cannot stand the test of, Space & Time.
