Fire safety exercises (evacuation) in Kindergarten No. 1, Podolsk (Odessa region) + video

Good day. Today, on January 30, 2020, fire safety exercises were held in the center of Podolsk. In particular, the Ministry of Emergencies, doctors, employees of kindergarten No. 1 "Birch" and representatives of law enforcement agencies conducted evacuation exercises in case of an unforeseen situation. In particular, when a fire occurs.

Rescuers arrived at the site very quickly. They began a rescue operation. First of all, we deployed the equipment and began to extinguish the conditional ignition. In addition, kindergarten workers (the head, tutors, nannies and technical staff) carried out emergency evacuation of children.

Ministry of Emergencies evacuated both children and kindergarten staff by all available methods. Including through the windows.

Of the negative aspects, the ambulance arrived at the scene with a significant delay. In particular, according to the regulations, the ambulance must arrive at the scene within 10 minutes from the time of the appeal (call). As we can see, the doctors did not invest in the allotted time. Moreover, Podolsk is clearly not a regional center. There are no traffic jams or other road obstacles.

At the very end, representatives of the Ministry of Emergencies conducted explanatory work with staff and children. The rescuer told how to behave in an emergency. Separately, he showed and told how to use a fire extinguisher. The opportunity was given to educators, technical personnel, nannies and children to try to extinguish the fire using a fire extinguisher.

In general, we can say that the main goal was achieved. The guys coped with the task. The kindergarten team has demonstrated its readiness for various unexpected situations. Although some problems were identified, the task was completed.

Previously, exercises were held in D / S No. 3 and in Gymnasium School No. 7. I will try to cover such events as thoroughly as possible. They are very important for ensuring the safety of children and collectives of educational institutions of the country as a whole, and the region in particular. Children and caregivers need to know how to respond to an emergency situation that poses a threat to the life and health of children and adults. This topic is very relevant, especially in the light of the events that occurred at Odessa College.
