A good week dieting and losing weight 🥙🥗. Trying something new.

First week of my diet and i have lost 6.5 lbs i am really pleased, its given me the boost i need to carry on. I am blaming the virus for this as i was doing OK then got isolated. The Virus Made Me Fat. I have to blame something.

I have started my second week with more motivation and ready for the problems that are bound to arise in the next week. I had a hand full of grapes whilst i decided what i wanted for tea. I decided on egg wraps with a Vegetable filling.

EGG WRAPS

Made with 3 eggs , whisked adding sale and pepper. Warm up a frying pan and pour a small amount of the eggs,, its a lot like a omelette with lot less egg, enough egg to cover the frying pan, once cooked flip then place somewhere warm, make as many as you can with the eggs you have.

FILLING

Carrots
Spring Onion
Peppers
Mushrooms
Spinach

Add a little butter and garlic to a pan, cut the above into matchsticks then add the Carrots, Sp, Onions, Peppers until softened then add chopped Mushrooms then Spinach with seasoning then cook until ready.

Lay the egg wraps on a plate one at time then fill with a little cheese and wrap.

I managed to do a couple but the others failed so i made a eggy wrap mess, i may have made the wraps to small or tried to over fill them, i was hungry so didn't want to faff on.

I will be making these again, they were very tasty and filling plus low Carbs which my diet is all about. This is all i have had all day apart from a never ending glass of water.

NOW WHAT CAN I EAT TOMORROW.

I also like to eat spring rolls even, they are tasty and I dip them in spicy vinegar. :D
The ingredients are cabbage, carrots, some meat slices, bean sprouts, onions garlic, and seasonings.

Me an my daughter are wanting till try Kimchi, we bought a jar that wasnt very nice the cabbage was soft, my daughter watches what @hamzy eats, she's on YouTube. Hers always looks crispy?

I find losing weight quite easy on this plan, carbs do not like me they bloat me. The menopause isn't helping and your right she is a bitch, she's making life very difficult.

This is really great! I have started on low carb last week but, didn't lose quite as much as you! I only lost 5.2...You did awesomely! I know that my first week is all about the water weight, but, I will take it!

This COVID has killed my normal eating, but, I am back the road to a better eating lifestyle. It is baked chicken with a nice rub, topped with Muenster Cheese, fresh green beans, and a salad with all sorts of veggies. I'll skip the rice or potatoes and throw some walnuts on top of the salad.

Thank you, I'm probably bigger than you that's why i lost more, it will slow down, i love this diet, i can eat normally for 5 days and fasting is getting easier the more i do it. No more hungar pangs.

You too!! You don't eat for two days?

I fast for 2 days. Meaning i stop eatimg at 8pm then start eating again around 6 pm the next day 20 hour fast, i sometines do longer.

Sounds doable!
